The working frequency of the data transmission module is 315M. The SAW frequency is stabilized by an acoustic meter resonator. The frequency stability is extremely high. It is especially suitable for wireless remote control and data transmission system. The frequency stability of the acoustic meter resonator is second only to that of the crystal, while the frequency stability and consistency of the general LC oscillator are poor. Even with the use of high-quality fine-tuning capacitance, it is difficult to ensure that the temperature difference and vibration of the adjusted frequency point will not be offset.
The transmitting module is not equipped with a coding integrated circuit, but with a data modulation transistor Q1 added. This structure allows it to conveniently interface with other fixed coding circuits, rolling coding circuits and single-chip microcomputer, regardless of the working voltage and output amplitude signal value of the coding circuit. This set of modules is characterized by relatively large transmission power, relatively long transmission distance, suitable for communication under adverse conditions. Antenna had better choose 25 centimeters long wire, when long-distance transmission had better be able to erect, because a lot of factors are affected when radio signal is transmitted, so general and practical distance has the half of nominal distance only even less, this needs to pay attention to when development.
The data module is modulated in ASK mode to reduce power consumption. When the data signal is stopped, the transmitting current drops to zero. The data signal and the input end of the transmitting module can be connected by resistance or direct connection instead of capacitive coupling. The data level should be close to the actual working voltage of the data module for better modulation effect.
It is better that the transmitting module can be installed vertically at the edge of the main board and should be more than 5mm away from the surrounding devices to avoid the influence of distributed parameters. The transmission distance of the module is related to the modulation signal frequency and amplitude, the transmitting voltage and battery capacity, the transmitting antenna, the sensitivity of the receiver, and the sending and receiving environment. Generally, the maximum transmitting distance in the open area is about 800 meters. Under the condition of obstacles, the distance will be shortened. Due to the refraction and reflection in the radio signal transmission process, some dead zones and unstable regions will be formed.
